Important Notes:
(a) Ensure firm insertion of the barbecue thermometer probes into the ports, accompanied by an audible click, to maintain accurate temperature readings.
(b) Avoid exposing the unit to high temperatures, as the plastic's heat tolerance should not exceed 55 /131F.
(c) Remove the protective plastic film from the screen before initial use.
