Refund policy

Please contact us to arrange a return. If the item has broken within the warranty period then we will arrange the courier to come and collect so that we can check the issue and then send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

If you decide that you no longer want the item then please note that we can only issue a refund if the packaging is in original condition and the item is unused. In this instance please understand that we will ask for you to cover the cost of the courier back to us. We will issue a refund once we have received the item and assessed its condition.

When issuing a refund we will process the refund back to you using the same payment method which was used for the order. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 days.
